    Good evening all.

    I dont remember a pants calendar, I remember a socks one :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Dad a lot better today, consultant took him off the warm air oxygen, and his shaking hands has stopped. He was getting reliant on it, and panicking when not on it. He cant have this one at home and he needs to get used to not using it. He panicks and then has a coughing fit, then cant get any breath so its a catch 22. The physiotherapists have given him breathing exercises to do to open his airways and lungs up, which has really helped him today, why they havnt given him these before I really dont know.

He is booked in for a lug biopsy on Tuesday :(

Have you been in the hospital all day Sarah?

Has anyone tried the Rana pasta yet?

I've been home alone today and opened a pack....didn't realise it was for two. No wonder I felt sick after eating all of it.:o

Might try another two flavours tomorrow :)

We havent got them yet. They have tickets but the whole family now wants to go to Florida so apparently they are going to donate them.

Snap I'm liking the sound of the silent auction, not quite sure how it would be organised, advertised if you know what I mean.
Make sure the tickets are transferable, as loads of concerts are really cracking down on it now.

Fifth Anniversary 1,000 Posts Mortgage-free Glee!
we went to London last Friday to have a few days break away, so we classed it as our anniversary treat, also it was GS 3rd birthday
We had our £3 lunch at bella italia on the way down
DH had booked the Hilton at docklands, for 3 nights, on arrival they asked if we wanted to up grade our room for an extra £50 a night, obviously we declined..I mentioned it was our 40th wedding anniversary treat so she upgraded us to a suite with separate lounge area and breakfast :) not bad for the original £89 per night that was paid.
Saturday was birthday party day for GS which was lovely :)
Sunday we had a meal in the hotel which had previously been booked via buyagift
The following evening we went on the complimentary ferry to canary wharf where we had a meal at zizzy with 50% off and the remainder paid by a gift card which expired at the end of the month
Tuesday we went to London bridge with the 2 GS, had free coffee at caf! rouge, then went back for lunch, the balance of the bill paid for via ap
M&S was or next stop before heading back on the short bus ride- there we picked up the stir fry meal deal free cokes as well as other items all using ap
We returned home Wednesday late afternoon, to then turn round and take DD the 1 hour round trip back to hers..shed been house sitting.
Thursday 100 mile round trip to take the car to a main Citroen dealer, we had to take 2 cars as they said the poorly car might have to stay in overninght- but they would let us know the outcome by 2pm,
we took the park & ride into the city center where we had our free coffee and cake at JL :)
after a little wander round caf! nero for free coffee was our next stop, before we could get to costa we had a call saying the car was done and ready.
After leaving home at 7.30 am we finally arrived home at 6pm
Friday morning 10am dental appointment for my tooth which I broke about a month ago, home by 11.30, a little rest, then onto gardening til 5 ish
Today we done a cb to get rid of lots of unwanted things, home for a quick lunch then off to T to use up a conditional spend, fill the car with diesel before London on sunday and the A for my lampshades I bought via vouchercodes for the £10 amazon voucher
on the way to town the red warning light came on again, grrr !!! so the problem is not fixed, but I will still have to use the car, apparently its something to do with the adblu and the emissions...fortunately the car is still under warrenty which is why it had to go to a main dealer.
Tomorrow off to do another car boot in the morning as the other car is still packed from today..then off for my babysitting duties in London..
Gosh im just shattered thinking about what ive achieved and what ive got to do next week...
...and the housework wasn't done :(
off to bed in a min
