Gosh I have been and what a hectic week its been, going back to London tomorrow, leaving a little later than usual as the marathon is on and where I park the car the runners pass.

And I tried to explain to BF that being part of Elite is very addictive and he has no idea what he is talking about... especially as I'm an 'all or nothing' type of person and I tend to obsess about things... oh well, if I suddenly disappear again it's cause I was given an ultimatum lol

Dad a lot better today, consultant took him off the warm air oxygen, and his shaking hands has stopped. He was getting reliant on it, and panicking when not on it. He cant have this one at home and he needs to get used to not using it. He panicks and then has a coughing fit, then cant get any breath so its a catch 22. The physiotherapists have given him breathing exercises to do to open his airways and lungs up, which has really helped him today, why they havnt given him these before I really dont know.

He is booked in for a lug biopsy on Tuesday
