Evening all.

Dad not doing too good, had an attack last night, ended up collapsing and headbutting the wall next to his bed. Nurses said this morning, they thought he was gone last night, he was going blue. He said he feels like he has been run over by a bus today. Been at the hospital for 12 hours today, why is it you feel knackered, when I actually havnt done anything at all.

Just look after yourself as well as everyone else, but when in hospital keep your fluid intake up...I always feel as if I have jet lag after look hospital visits xx

Good morning. We have blue sky again, that is 3 days in a row. Just checked my phone for tomorrow and it will be raining so make the most of it today NE people. Summer is over at tea time when it starts raining.
