    Do you have wifi or data on?

    Top right there's some dots, click that and the remove option is there.

    Haven't managed to find split screen yet, sure I will though as I keep doing it accidentally on my tab never can do it when I want to though :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Its the right button/tab at bottom of screen (should be 3, 1st is back arrow. 2nd is home & 3rd is split screen)

    ive had that problem in the shop, but at home with stronger internet connection im fine...in the shop write down last 4 digits then delete at home.
    after you've used a code scroll down to where it says remove, click, and hey presto it should disappear :)
