I bet that will be me in May. DD and her fianc! came to stay just after Christmas and I haven't changed the bed since, tend to leave it made up just in case, they are back in May and I really must wash it before that, but I need it made up just in case ..........

I wash bedding after visitors have gone, so the bed is always made up with clean bedding. A friend tells me that isn't good enough and if the bed hasn't been used for weeks, the bedding needs washing again. I have never heard of this.

The just in case bit is for if OH is snoring too loudly for me to get to sleep and does not respond to being variously poked, strangled, attacked etc :rotfl::rotfl: I really do not want to wash bedding just for that.

As far as I am concerned, if clean bedding is put on a bed and it isn't used it remains clean, I have never heard of it needing washing again

Thank you kindly again for everyone's wishes :A

I'm thinking of taking some egg and tomato sandwiches to the hospital for my lunch tomorrow - it's what my Mam always made for us when we "ate out" :o

Thank you HILLBERN :A. I see Fakenham have put on impromptu extra meeting for this Saturday. Only a tenner per person entrance - cash only! :)

MY DH eyes lit up when I mentioned Fakenham had another meeting- but will wait until the day as that course is sooo windy and cold, even when its warm and sunny a few miles further away on the course you need winter coats and wellies
