Pah! Had to get up earlier than normal today for the plumber coming...and he is late, I could have had 20 mins more sleep. He needs to hurry up, I have to get to work sometime today.

T&Cs have always stated 'usually 3 hours' or that you may have to wait until 6am at times.
This is just one of those times which is, I suspect due to the clock change, but I'm sure it will settle back to normal before long.
