Personally I would write to the manufacturers and tell them how you normally love emus but are very disappointed with this pair etc

Thanks bq you're a star. I dont think I've ever bought wine as cheap asvthis and as wmc says certainly not of this quality. I can't go until Tuesday though so I hope it lasts until then.
