Methane is lighter than air, so ideally eat beans for two days before weigh in, but dont trump until after the weigh in.
Cant eat beans, so that theory is out the window:rotfl::rotfl:

I use for frying as it!!!8217;s healthier

Another key selling point is the health-giving profile of rapeseed oil. It has the lowest saturated fat content of any cooking oil !!!8211; half that of olive oil !!!8211; and is rich in Vitamin E and omega-3 and 6 fatty acids. With a higher smoke point than olive oil !!!8211; which can be toxic at very high temperatures !!!8211; rapeseed oil is a better option for frying and roasting.

The only thing i fry in oil is an egg, i use fry light type spray for mushrooms an onions

I got a lovely miniature orchid tonight. The pot is the same colour as my skirting boards:rotfl::rotfl:

The flowers are the same as another orchid I've had for a while, so I'll put them together on the window sill:)

    If anyone is interested.......

When the flowers die off, cut the main stem just above the little nodules you will see near the top. Take the orchid out of the pot and it should be in a see through container. Leave it out the pot and let the sunlight get to the roots. It will then flower again:)

When those flowers die, cut the stem just above the nodule right at the bottom of the stem, leave it n the sunshine and it will flower again:)

I deleted the app off my phone and started again with a new email - my googlemail address with a slight alteration.
It gave me a £10 voucher as a new customer - you can use either a 50% off voucher or a £10 one but not both.
It depends - some people go in for a starter and a dessert but not a main so the £10 one suits them better

My app has family feast for £5 - 15 inch pizza and 3 pasta dishes for £20. Also unlimited breakfast this weekend

Thank you - my run of bad luck continues. They wouldn't accept any of them . We had various choices on the table (kids, set price etc) and I chose off the main menu as I read the t and cs for 50% off and it said it applied to that menu only but no other offers. The waiter confirmed this. Fair enough, in my mind it would only apply to my meal. But no! When I paid the server said I couldn't use it as the others had chosen off the other menus. I tried arguing my point that they had, I had chosen off the mains menu as that is what she (and the voucher l) said!! She said she wasn't allowed to take it.

It hasnt spoiled the meal, but does leave a bad taste (pun intended!).

Actually just checked MOC and it is for £1 off any quilted cushelle, 4 rolls, 9 rolls or 16 rolls. Not specific to Asda and valid until 5/4/18. This was at W@shington. the 4 roll is £2 at both A & T so only 80p for 4 on APG shop. I must go back & print some more :)
