It's not even 40p with the invisible trigger as each egg ends up obtained for nearly 7p more than 10% cheaper than T's £2. The non-appearance, which gives no comparison refund, does cost a bit and is not fully refunded by making the other two appear at full price. If there are 3 that compare - picking up A's mbuy for £3.33/4 vs £2 each T - then it's 60p, but there is no need even to buy three. One would give the same outcome (£1.80 each) vs T. That is of course just a 20p saving vs T - 10% cheaper really isn't much - and may not even be that for people that have a staff discount in T. If you already have a full shop to do vs T, then it may be worth adding an Easter egg. If not, then you may as well buy in T. The benefit however is, if the TCB £3 offer is still available, it would be better buying one in A. You would end up with only one egg though. You could buy one at £2 in T (and presumably get refunded £2 if you didn't wish to buy more than that, from TCB) or you could get another egg if you could find an Easter egg from a different range that is available in T for £1. Or maybe there could be a comparison on that:rotfl:.
If you could find a £2 half price egg in T that isn't available at a competitor, plus one of the £1.50 eggs that is £1 at the competitor, there could be a match to £3 and £3 TCB back. You would need 8 more different items though:( - in other words not have any competitor store that you can get to and therefore had to shop at T and do a TBG shop.
Or I suppose you could get a £2 egg plus 3 of the individual creme eggs on 3 for £1 - paying £3 total in T and then the TCB offer (if still available to anyone) and no more needed than that. Or two of the £1.50 eggs could be bought, on a comparison shop for the £3 back but obtaining them for £2 via TBG plus fillers of hopefully less than £1 cost or else with coupons/overage with price guarantee etc.0 -

The most exciting thing that’s happened today......
Oz will not go out. Everytime I open the door a blizzard sweeps across the kitchen and he runs away. I knew he needed the toilet as he’d been in all night.
He hasn’t used a litter tray since he was a kitten but it has been up and running and ready for action for over 12 years.....using up 6 square feet of utility room floor space:o
So I dragged it out of the utility room and put it on the kitchen floor. He promptly jumped in, had a wee and jumped out again. I clapped and he ran upstairs in embarrassment:o
It was a lovely moment:rotfl:
