Just looking at switching electric suppliers but I noticed something called a
Priority services register
There are about 30 different reasons someone might be on this list - worth taking a look as I can see several conditions suffered by Elite or their family.
Also a couple of temporary ones including
Post hospital recovery - thinking of Di confined to quarters when she eventually gets home
Not sure what this list is about but I imagine if there is a local loss of power they need to know who needs a priority service or if the metre reader is on his rounds he needs to know if someone is confined to their bed etc.

what a brilliant idea - I am sure there are quite a few who don't know about the register and a few that don't realise they need to be on the list eg if you have an elderly relative resident with Dementia or people not long out of hospital - I think my Dad should have been on the list.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
