Has anyone found a reusable cup that will take the massimo/largest coffee in all the coffee houses? Staff in C0sta suggested their largest only holds a medium .

The gold card is the one which DH and I churn between us every six months to keep earning sign up bonuses. There are rumours that Amex are going to extend the time between applications from six months to two years but nothing has happened yet.
