what does the referral link give you? TIA
More points.Yes, it is a supplementary card . But I was thinking that if I apply for a new Amex cad in his name, the bonus nectar points for joining would go on if I linked his card to Amex. The number will be different to mine. Otherwise, perhaps I should just pick up a new card in Sainsbury and then use that instead - the bonus points would be on a completely different account instead of all together with mine but that wouldn't matter.
Supplementary cards on the same account assist in reaching spend targets.
New accounts mean sign up bonuses (greater if referred).

We are considering broadband suppliers too, currently being cash cows with VM, looking at TalkTalk or PlusNet, just trying to decide whether to go with price or service, taking into account it is only line problems we need to worry about.
Be careful if you're switching phone lines from them at the same time. VM claimed our number transfer to BT was cancelled but VM insisted it was BT's job to transfer the number while BT insisted it was VM's job to transfer it.
We could dial out from our old number on the new BT line but nobody could phone us back, and neither would take responsibility for fixing it. They both dug their heels in about blaming the other and after nine months we were given a new number, unannounced.

C0sta expires midnight on Friday so an extra day to get it.
Has anyone found a reusable cup that will take the massimo/largest coffee in all the coffee houses? Staff in C0sta suggested their largest only holds a medium.
Many thanks

Another day, Thanks.
I just use £1 travel mugs, no idea what size they are. This is 97p, is it big enough?

In return you would get 22000 points on the gold charge card if you spend £2000 in the first three months or 26000 points on the BA card if you spend £3000 in the first three months.
The gold card is the one which DH and I churn between us every six months to keep earning sign up bonuses. There are rumours that Amex are going to extend the time between applications from six months to two years but nothing has happened yet.
The BA card has an annual fee of £195 but if you spend £10k on it in a year, you get a 241 voucher. With this you can get two flight redemptions for the avios of one. We like to travel so this is a fantastic deal for us. First class flights to Tokyo for £1005 total for the two of us wasn’t a bad deal we thought
Thanks HG, anything for the Amex nectar card? cheers"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin
