Nearly 5.30pm and it's still light outside, spring must be around the corner. :T
I have done nothing this afternoon sat on my bottom and I have 2 big piles.
One of ironing and one of washing up, I guess I best get a wiggle on before the day is over.0 -

How do I do that? I don't think next day requires a sig.
And I can't access my wine orders online, I told the guy and he said it's been like that for a couple of days he thought they are playing around with things.0 -

Oh, had to sign for mine.
Mine was due for Tuesday, but got a text last night saying it was coming tday, so i am sure it will be fine.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

I didn't pick a slot just went for next day as thought that would be quicker.
As I said to DM don't think next day requires a sig looking online.
I always go for next day now, as the times delivery comes from somewhere else, and of the 2/3 orders I have had cancelled on me, they have all been times ones.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Of course we all know what can happen if the thread gets reported - archivists be aware!I think....0 -
Afternoon all, having yet another one of those days ...
Yesterday just vanished from under us, no idea where the time went apart from a long conversation with Eldest child.
Eldest child and her new OH are having issues and she rang for a very long chat - longest for ages.
We really are not the best people to give out marital advice - we bicker constantly and my OH drives me crackers on a daily basis - so she must have been at a low point to ring us and get our perspective on things.
I dont know if we helped but the conversation left us very down.
They have been together for 7 years and they have been through the mill and out the other side on numerous occassions and weathered all the storms along the way. It is the 1st wedding anniversary coming up in a month and its very unsettling.
It harks back to what we were saying on the Elite a while back that you dont stop fretting about your kids when they are adults, its just the problems that change.
And also you are only ever as happy as your most miserable child.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

You are really going for the innuendos today. Hope that your bottom recovers soon.0
