Yep, no need to use any data or credit, turn off data on settings and connect to your other phonw via hotspot. also make sure it connects to your home broadband. only activate hotspot when you need to do so.

Thanks but I have no idea what you mean I am "old" and not very into phones/techie stuff The only other phone I have is my IPhone Would that work?

Usually when I've had offers on the purple Amex nectar card eg Superdrug and the Post Office and the small shops ets the £5 credit has been added almost straight away, def overnight.

I did my shop on Friday - £11 odd and so far nothing credited but does the Amex gold reward card work in a slower fashion??

I gont an email saying I had used it within the hour.

I dont have any credit on my phone and it still let me spend them. I just show the voucher on it and they scan it.

I think it depends on your details when you first sign up as to what offers you get. WHen OH got his card a while back the offer was a free hot drink unlimited but one a day. THe most recent card had an offer for a cream tea for £5 and I got them to take an AP three pound off it.

Also if you womble any receipts dont forget to get the sparks points added on at any till. You get access to more offers the more points you have and early access to the sale.

Im confused? To spend the vouchers, you dont need to do this. I think even a pic of the voucher would work.

Have you checked your balance to see if the payment has hit your card yet, as it might not appear until Monday.

yes I've used both, usually contactless but a few times I've needed to put my pin number in.
Also Sainsburys, Morrisons Aldi, Superdrug, Post Office, Co-op, Premier Inn ...
A few places dont take it - Home Bargains, B&M, our vets, charity shop and our coalman but if in doubt just ask.
