Do you have more than one account, as I had the wizard message it worked today but I was on wrong account. Switched account and printed it fine xxx

I suspect, as Chris has suggested, that somebody else has checked the numbers as I did post them on here, and gone on to print the voucher maybe.
So now it is locked to an account with an unknown email address, and I have no way of printing it out.
The voucher is no good without the receipt is it?
    Or does somebody know better@
Either way I am sad because I could have done with that almost £5 voucher. :(:(

I think you posted the numbers on here lesliejack?
If you (or someone else) checked it, but forgot to log out of your/their account first, it will now be locked to that account - and can now only be printed from that account :(

Looks to me as if that is what happened.
If somebody else printed it out is of no use to them surely?
Shame I was really pleased when I saw it was worth nearly a £5. :(:(

If they know the receipt numbers and the voucher numbers they can go through self service.
I routinely write my receipt numbers on my voucher, hardly ever post my paper work in their slot.

    Nut Wit bank :mad::mad::mad:
Just spent a total of 6 hours on the phone to them. 2 hours last night. Passed from person to person which evenutally ended with the promise to phone back this morning at 10am, as couldnt do anything more at that time of night (8pm) even though I was told it was 24 hour helpline. .
No phone call at 10am, so phoned them about 12 mid day. Again passed from person to person. One person said they had sorted the problem but I had to re register as an online user but our bank account. DD's SO's Debit Card etc will still be the same. So try to re register. No joy. So again back on the phone and eventually got through to someone who said the previous problem hadnt been sorted thats why I couldnt re register. At last someone who knew what they were doing and I managed to re register while that person was still on the phone.
Ive only been a customer of theirs for about 40 years.
    What a palaver :(
Gocat...put in a complaint. I phoned to another bank last week, and after waiting on the phone for 20 minutes I hung up as they hadnt answered. I put in a complaint, and they rang me 2 days later, and agreed it was unacceptable, and gave me £5 to cover the cost of the call, and £20 for not answering within a reasonable time. :T

Not seen any reports of it working or not working gocat, but I don't see why it wouldn't.

They are still showing same price on asda dotcom and are still showing as ending today.

That would be a bit risky though. On Monday I used one of my muller yogurt vouchers for £4.07 on SS till. Tapped in voucher number and scanned receipt, weirdest thing the actual value of the receipt came up at £5.07.

It voided off at the end and SA came over and scrutinised the voucher and receipt. Anyway she put it through again manually both voucher and receipt without scanning it, and it was fine.

Have never had an APG go through for £1 more than the actual value. You never know what could go wrong and I wouldn't want to appear on the radar for trying to use an APG without the receipt, just not worth it
