I stopped entering the prize draw as whenever I submitted something for cashback at the same time, the cb item never tracked just the competition entry.

are you having a NSD?

Ironing can wait, the pile only gets bigger, the light is not good for cross stitch so that leaves having an email mass delete - usually you will find one email out of the thousands that needs some attention - printing, a phone call or screen shotting for future reference ...
