Have you tried with just the ones in blue then maybe those plus the next number etc. I think there s too many numbers

its ok, from what ive read you have simply found a good comparison in morrisons. perhaps savvy can add it to his morrisons list.

its a good price. so i may get some from morrisons at £1 a pack

Good luck with your Pulmonary rehab class AJ. Is this your first lot or have you attended PR before. I ask, as my OH has had two lots over the years, and he improved after each set of 6 weeks I think it was. I feel it would benefit him hugely to go again but he seems to think as he's had two sets of 6 weeks he cant go again.

I’m a day behind as you can tell :rotfl:

This is my second time, I did 6 weeks last year (2days a week). They held them local to me in a scout hut :eek: one of the ladies that took the class contacted me to say they can’t use the SH but had secured the use of 2 rooms in local gym. I’m only doing one day a week at the moment.

For some reason I’m thinking this hasn’t been set up by nhs as so far I’ve only seen a gym employee taking the class plus we’re paying £3 for an hour and a half :cool:

Have a look in local library or ask doctor as I’m sure another course will be beneficial to your OH xx
