Hmm, reading it, I think I am right, as it mentions unlocked, and then goes on to say all accounts must be removed.
    From the T&C...
please note your old phone must be working, unlocked, complete and undamaged (reasonable wear and tear accepted). You must be the rightful owner and the it must be free of any contractual obligations such as leasing agreements or contracts. All accounts must be removed, your device must power on, have no water or screen damage and a working battery must be included.

Thank you both - for 99p I have unlocked anyway - £6 off my £50 Cashback but worth it to avoid any further hassle. I have spent too long thinking about it rather than clearing it off my list :o.

Annoyingly I did it this morning on 3bay and then noticed someone offering to unlock for free on hukd :(.

    :)

Off to Post Office & Argos.

Nice stuff in their clearance section, reserved a Frosties bowl & spoon & a Krispy Kreme mug :)

I'm looking for some new bedding to make That Sister's bed up for her return :D but not too expensive ;)

Old news probably, but i’ve just discovered you can search clearance by store. I didn’t see anything I wanted though. I saw the two things you mentioned Snap, but i’ve no use for them. :(

for those without android card readers wanting to trigger envelopes. We just discovered that if you try to spend over £30 on it in T's it rejects it with an error message of "tried to soon press contactless and try again" - but triggers an envelope each time. Apparently T's have a £30 limit on contactless. Hope this is useful.

I think they've run out of prizes though ! not getting so many these days.

this happens with any value as long as you dont move onto finish and pay

Yes the T tills trigger the envelope even before you scan any items. If in T I scan a few times before going to the payment screen :). It helps using a couple of accounts as switching between the two means the timing is normally right (same on San ATMs).

Has anyone got B4rclays machines to trigger the envelope? If yes, which bank card are you using please, as I have tried with different cards and it just has an error and doesn’t trigger.

    Many thanks

haven't found a a B's machine with the contactless functionality yet, only santander around here.
  • Got some cond spends through from T's, £2 off £20 so decided to combine with the freebies on CoS and noticed that this is down to £3 there, so 50p after cashback, not too bad a deal when it's 'usually' £5. Might be of use to someone :)
