I know this has probably already been mentioned a few times, but for the A3 trade in does unlocked mean SIM/Network unlocked or just all security settings removed?

I just want to be 100% before sending it.

I read it as being network unlocked, but I am daft, so sorry, not much use.

Hmm, reading it, I think I am right, as it mentions unlocked, and then goes on to say all accounts must be removed.
From the T&C...
please note your old phone must be working, unlocked, complete and undamaged (reasonable wear and tear accepted).
