    That Sister extremely unwell from the mucositis & has now a raging temperature so is being kept in at the Cancer Centre rather than the retreat

    AP (with card reader) - I think I've worked out a way to get a cancelled transaction yet still get an envelope.

    When I put the phone over the reader, as soon as it beeps I press the home button on my iphone to close SumUp, and then quickly press and hold the button on the side of the reader.

    I then get a message saying 'Transaction cancelled'.

    I've yet to see if anything is taken from my account as I only discovered this today.
