    How exciting x
The plan had always been to do a loft conversion then a very sensible friend said why pay that much money for the 4 times a year you need it! Hence the expensive sofa bed etc ( it will do me when I can't manage the stairs anymore!), but, after 8 years of putting off we will have to get our @rses into gear and plaster and decorate!

[Strike]Trigger to 4 for £6 offer (England & Wales only) together with three Savanna Dry Cider £2 vs £1 each M?

Joseph Holt Two Hoots Golden Ale (500ml)

    Store_8.15px.png
    £1.00 20p / 100ml
    • Store_2.15px.png
      £1.63 * any 4 for £6.00
    • Store_1.15px.png
      £1.75 * any 4 for £6.00
    • Store_7.15px.png
      £1.80 *
If so, why buy Two Hoots ale at £1 in M as it would be, effectively, cheaper in A when the cost divided across all four items (1 Two Hoots + suggested 3 Savanna cider per shop)?[/Strike]

:(I am now taking this off as I can see the Two Hoots Ale in stock on a.com. Might (just about) work and may give four at full price vs M if it's been unavailable on a.com as suggested by msm but won't once the system updates by midday today and catches the Two Hoots back in stock. Probably won't work even now. I am therefore putting Two Hoots at £1.63 (and mbuy) vs M £1 if any other item can be found that acts as a trigger. Should be Savanna Cider (and any invisible trigger as may yet to be found) as Two Hoots might fail to pick up M if it's been OOS on a.com recently depending, seemingly, on whether or not it was absent and not in the system when they were doing the price collection last Wednesday.

Fwiw, elsewhere I found Johnson's Baby Washcloths 15 pack, which are believed to be £1.50 in M, should compare best £2.50 vs £1.25 vs S. Might cost about 9p or 10p if one only is bought with 12 Muller Corners including one trigger:rotfl:. I suppose the non-Muller item is still straight 10% cheaper but would cost much more if you were never buying any Mullers on that or any further shop at all.

I also saw Sunbites Honey BBQ and the other three Sunbites in that range (two only per shop) at £1.50 vs 80p W (part of 3 for £3 if Ketchup Crisps still ongoing [EDIT: or Baked Fusions Thai Chilli]). Not sure if the Sunbites should go against S at £1 or not - I suppose vs S is best if you are not going to buy Muller Corners on any other shop (but not with Washcloths as well in the same shop, otherwise you would be putting your Muller 'discount' onto more than one item and you can't count it like that: it's going to cost you more as S is £1 and W is 80p, unless you would have to find filler items against W that you don't really need and then they would cancel out the saving made vs W on the items going against 80p instead of £1).

AP - £5, £3 and free Coke mands vouchers worked fine together today. I bought a boxed curry £9 and a Coke Zero for £1 :).

Is it just me, though, that is still loathe to buy full priced overpriced items even though they are near free with the vouchers/giftcards? :o

Not just you, I went into the M&S foodhall today with £20 worth of ap vouchers... came out with nowt, couldn't justify the prices even though it would have cost me nowt in real terms

But if you do 11 of one flavour and 1 of another, that’s one filler less to buy.

As well as a comparison on 11 appearing items (2 different) instead of 10 all the same. Costs more to buy 12 all the same, even though 10 appear, as you lose one 68p vs 35p comparison. And, as you've mentioned, you don't need to buy as many other items if you have two different Muller Corners appearing on the comp. instead of only one ten times all the same.

So 12 all the same = 10 compared.
11+1 different = 11 compared (10 of the one actually bought eleven times, plus the one different).
11 times 68p vs 35p is obviously better than 10 times 68p vs 35p. Or, at least, that's "obvious" to me:rotfl:!

Thabks for replying.. .. sadly this shop gas neither. I founf sunite sweet chilli... just need aonething else to go with it lol

I know you're no longer in A by the belated time I now see your post, but many of the other Walkers standard 6 packs go against S at £1. Avoid "obscure" ones like Pickled Onion (N/A) and pick something like Cheese & Onion, Ready Salted, Salt & Vinegar or the Classic Variety pack. Although I can see here that S also have Marmite, Roast Chicken, Prawn Cocktail, Beef & Onion [A doesn't seem to have], Worcester Sauce... Worcester Sauce eh? Wish I'd known about that earlier as it is N/A against M. Might have to go and do another shop now with Muller Corners and 3 packs of crisps:rotfl:.

EDIT: I can't see any Baked Fusions at all on a.com - are they all triggers (if other flavours of them are available in a.com)?

This is N/A vs S (compares badly vs everywhere else) in case anyone has to make up 8 items through not having enough variety of Muller Corners:

    1x ASDA Dijon Mustard (185g) £0.39 N/A
