Well I’ve survived my first day back at work. What’s not to like....comfy warm office, free coffee and sat next to someone who breaks into song at the drop of a hat......:rotfl::rotfl:
I’m like that always singing even when I’m out ask Nellie. I’ve done it since I was a child. The thing is now I can t hear as well I think no one can hear me but they do . I also talk to myself sometimes

I have been out of the MSE loop recently with RL. Got home from work last night to find OH stressing as his laptop wont work. After an hour of trying to fix it I gave up and will take it to my repair man today.
So then we went to T for few bits and hit whoopsie time. The young man had done 2 shelves and we got lots of ready meals soups etc for us and DD. There were a number of finest Loin of pork at £17.69 reduced to £12.00 and some turkey breast reduced from £10.00 to £5.00 but as there were a few of us milling around he took them out the back to reduce them. A few of the other people left and whilst we were waiting my sis came along with 2 lovely chocolate birthday cakes reduced to 95p each from £6.00 ( its DD's bday on Sat )
When he came back with the meat I got 2 Xmas Turkey breast joints down from £10.00 t0 75p each and 3 pork joints down to £2.69 from £17.69 each!!
Paid £24.00 for the shopping and the meat alone was worth over £70.00!!
Happy days0 -

That reminds me, meant to say that yesterday I got a few 550g packs of Finest Extra Mature Cheddar for £2 a piece. The dates aren't great, but I have never bothered about that with cheese lol. The price works out better than the Lidl cheese we normally get so got a few, couldn't carry too many as was walking, and still had to pick up a couple of bits in Lidl on the way home!
Have to admit though, would have liked one of those pork joints rose
Also picked up something interesting, mulled cranberry topped pork pie, yellow labelled at 89p. Said not to freeze, but would guess the cranberries might go a bit mushy but the rest would be OK, so it is cut into 4 pieces in the freezerWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0
