Flood gates up river from you? They are probably lowering level if more rain forecast, it is normal for hydro dams up here, also some farmers are paid to allow flood waters to enter their fields to relieve rising water.:eek::eek::eek: just heard they are opening flood gates at 4 , please pray they don't:o0 -

Marigold....I've had a google of the hospice that you mentioned in your post....and I am sure many on the thread will want to pay their respects to Sal....
Would you be able to perhaps suggest a suitable charity or something that we could pass donations on to.
Maybe have a chat with others in the family and decide how we could best remember Sal and help others going forward......
