Does anyone know how long these are likely to work for. They make ideal presents:)

    Thinking ahead for next year:whistle::whistle::whistle:

For as long as they are £4 in M plus about 2-3 days if they go to full price on a Tuesday or plus about 6 days if they go to full price on a Thursday. Technically it relates to SELs in price collection stores rather than necessarily actual M prices; however if the real price is £4 in M then they are "likely" to be showing that price and therefore "likely to work" for that long, plus the necessary few extra days on the APG as it runs behind actual collection on Monday and Wednesday (except it won't be Monday this week, but I don't suppose the offer is ending in M).

They are apparently £2.99 in Lidl and £3 in Iceland so cheaper than A even after APG (although they don't take Mr A's APG currency). Should compare against T £4 until 27th December and S until approx. 1st January.

    Hi

Ravoli and Heinz barbeque beans did not work for me

    receipt 1741 4836 0240 9224 1168

Both came back as more expensive Lappie will not allow to copy so if anyone wants to review it and bring over the details

It not my thing but I thought a great foodbank item

Never mind I picked up lots of whoopsies in M's Mostly fish but some lamb and pork Virtually no freezer space when I went out so freezer tetris it is

It is going to be a picky tea for a few nights too

    Catching up over a coffee:j

Unfortunately Barbecue Beans (and Curry Beans no doubt and probably Fiery Chilli Beans) are full price in M. Therefore may need to stick to the five products that are on my list with M at 5 for £3, hopefully for the best comp. vs M! They appear under M's current expiry date of 2nd January. And no mixing with Five Beanz as M mbuy and straight 60p M price do not mix.

EDIT: If this was targeted against W, the mbuy in W appears to have ended (at least online) yesterday - they went to full price, were already full price when I first became aware of the glitch late last night and were on borrowed time as the APG would almost inevitably update to full price W sometime today.

EDIT 2: Maybe this is a Scotland/England and Wales issue, with the two price sets on the APG updating at different times? If either of them is still on W mbuy I do not know why it is not on full price W.

Well that was a good start. We all went to Dbrother and he had no pressies for us. Apparently he said no pressie this year. We all ought he meant for his DD (my DN). Oh well I only spent pennies on Gftsets for him and his DW. lol .

Snap .:rotfl: other than I brought them a £28 bottle of gin and the 2 girls pressies, both in 20s but at home, and they are always going on about how much they earn, do was a bit miffed.
To make things worse ds3 has been unwell for a few days thought it would was his IBS playing up, came running through to get to bath room and throw up all over lounge floor. :(

Peeled veg, made chestnut stuffing for one person ... Sausage & apricot stuffing for 4 persons :)
Fresh cranberries mashed - Watched a programme about penguins with dementia..
Then Dad moaning about names being shortened ... yet he calls his wife Jo :think:

Hope everyone else is and enjoying some relaxing time xxx

  • Very proud to announce tha Florence Anne was born around 7am this morning. Emergency c section with complications but both mum and baby are doing well. Dad devestated he can’t get them a private room for tonight and has had to go home. Seeing they will be in several days hopefully there will be a room from tomorrow night.

How is that for an elite Xmas baby TM no room at the Inn?

Luckily on 2 mums on the main ward tonight so dil will have lots of help from staff.

  • Merry Christmas to all the lovely elite. May your celebrations go wonderfully well and peaceful. Unfortunately my oven has gone belly up in the middle of cooking the Christmas pork I was taking to my daughters tomorrow, so when I rang to tell her she suggested finishing it off in the microwave. I now have a lovely piece of cardboard to take with me. Turkeys were greatly reduced in Sainsbobs today, I got a bronze turkey reduced from £45 to £11 which I will take with me as we dont like turkey here, dated 27th, they had dozens so I am guessing they will be very very cheap on 26th/27th otherwise no real bargains in these parts.
Take care everyone over these Christmas holidays, hope you all have a great time.
