I have just logged in to my Amex account and they appear to have credited me with £5 for each of the 3 shops that could't process my card. Also, they have messaged me to say that they have credited me with the 20000 Nectar points for spending £2000 in the first 3 months. But they have not appeared on my Nectar account - is it just a delay before they go on automatically or am I supposed to do something myself. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Mine seem to get transfered across on the 14th of each month which I think may be an anniverasry of account opening.

Hopefully if you applied in the last 3 months you did so via the nectar link which got you an extra 10k points credited by nectar as well as the 20k (well 22k given normal the 2k spend needed to trigger the offer) from Amex. Converted to £s using the recent Sains double up could thus give up to £320 for the sign up - and of course once you have the points you can close and repeat in 6 months time.

Having just finished the nectar I am now due to do the gold rewards again and DW has referred me as she gets 9k points for doing so and I get an extra 2k point son top of the 20k sign up. Once she has her referral points she will close for 6 months at which point I will refer her back.

AP droid second month try.

So I removed the bank card from my 1st month AP account yesterday.
I had already added a new account gmail address to the phone about 1 week ago.

Today, I added the same bank card to the 2nd AP account, it went on fine.

I have not deleted the 1st account and all the vouchers are still there.

I tried a payment on the 2nd account, but no envelope appeared.. nothing at all about the promotion. Tried 3 transactions and it's definitely not working.

I think I'll try a factory reset and different bank card (saving the voucher scr-shots to my iphone first).

If that doesn't work then I'm stumped.
Unless anyone can suggest anything else?

Went to a Costa in London yesterday. Much more amenable to the idea of combing eGift cards into a physical card but despite trying a few times he wasn't able to.

Normal eGift cards state the balance expires from last use...so buying something now on the "special" cards *might* extend their life. I'm not so willing to chance losing the credit though.

One very silly girl reporting in !
my daughter has a rather evil electric spot remover thingy and I foolishly thought I could put it on an open pore that is near my lip....I now have a large purple mark on my upper lip spreading upwards.
I have told hubby I bashed it on the car door but I think once he sees it he will know ........very silly Wendy xx
