Have never frozen this. How do you make it so that it doesn't go too runny once thawed? tia.

I only buy red cabbage at Christmas and there’s only me likes it so I freeze the rest in small amounts for me to lift out when I fancy it. It freezes a treat MKS:)

Fabulous womble Elaine, well done :T

I found one for about £25 around this time last year. I was nervous about spending it but other than a “ooh that’s a big one” type comment from the cashier it was fine.

    HG,

Also if anyone has bought Cow and Gate rice cakes for Q clciksnap this weekend when you get your activity confirmed check the amount as they are only awarding 66p - the rice cakes were on offer for 66p but now they are £1 :(

I've just emailed Q with my receipt ID number to get the amount altered.
On COS it just says free so its worded slightly differently than Q so there should be no issues there, just on Q.

I cant find the breadsticks in either of our Asdas :(
I got £1.65 from both CoS and CS for the breadsticks and they are only £1.

She’s doing really well thanks bubbs, getting stronger by the day. The district nurse comes in every couple of days to change her dressing and everything is healing nicely.
We’ve decided that we will have our Christmas meal at her house but on Christmas Eve. SIL is going to come over and cook it. She has decided that she would like to have a quiet day on Christmas Day so we will probably just go round to see her in the evening.

We had red cabbage with our dinner this evening. I only put a tiny bit on DH’s plate but he didn’t have any of it (I knew he wouldn’t but I live in hope). I cooked loads, so will have to follow your example and freeze it in small amounts.
