Lloyds mortgage ppi claims

I am trying to reclaim for PPI that I paid against a Lloyds mortgage that I took out in 1993. They are saying that they have no record of the mortgage - even though I have given them full details of the Lloyds account that I paid the mortgage from!! Is there anything more that I can do?

This thread is a duplicate post.

    The answers reflect that fact.

Did you really make your first ever post (after eight years) just to berate us?

lloyds never retailed PPI built into their mortgages. They only ever did it on a standalone product. So, even if you had the mortgage details, they wouldnt be able to see it.
