Wooden window recommendations (Hampshire)

Out 1905 has a few of its original windows, some of which are single-pane, and some were refitted with thin double glazing long ago. The rest of the windows are white PVC and will probably be replaced with wood when they are knackered.
I want to either have the original windows restored with double-glazing, or a matching replacement installed. I'd have a crack at the former, but I don't have the free time to deal with a mistake.
Has anyone in the Portsmouth/Hampshire got any recommendations?
