The V5C is for the other VIN...
You've had excellent advice in your other thread elsewhere - get it straight back to the supplier, get your money back in full. This is their problem, 100%. If they're even remotely slow, remind them that it won't be at all hard to go legal and to go public.
Playing devils advocate - given the time/mileage elapsed what proof will there be that the car was supplied in this condition and the cut/shut hasn't happened post-purchase ?0 -

The receipt I got from the garage has the vin number on it from the sticker. It is different to the chassis number0 -
So just took it around a mates house and the chassis vin is not correct. It is on a stainless steel plate that looks like it has been glued on top. No idea whats underneath as I am not touching it.
Dealership are investigating. I have given them until Friday
