If you are going to choose to follow a lifestyle/practice that means you dont want to eat certain foods then it is totally down to you to check the ingredients. Otherwise labels would be totally covered with things like Not suitable for vegetarians ,vegans,Muslims , Jews , Hindus , etc etc etc0

from the retailers/manufacturer point of view.
It makes the consumer buying experience more easy.
Thus if eg ASDA does not give much detail, but Tesco does.
The veggies will shop at Tesco instead.0 -

Some markings could be clearer or located better, ie directly under the ingredients although from memory the co op, not suitable markings were close to the ingredients on the desert I previously mentioned.
Sometimes if you're in a hurry or not reading closely enough you can miss the 'Not' part, I know I have in the past.£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January0
