Hi I have just switched to the above and I am waiting for it to complete, my question is about the monthly bonus for purchases, I realise you have to have 20 purchases a month but what’s to stop me doing multiple purchases at the same time, e,g milk bread and butter and instead of putting them through at once putting them through individually

Possibly the people in the queue for the self-checkouts throttling you? :rotfl:0 -
Or I could go in and buy 20 items and put them through and wait for they ones in the queue to complain lol0

There is nothing stopping you doing that. It literally has to be at least 20 separate transactions.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0 -

When the Co-op began paying 5p for every use of a debit card, I processed 4 trays of dog food on a quiet at Tesco afternoon, instead of buying in one transaction, but even just this number with the 'Weigh your own bags', 'How many of our bags have you used?', scan your card etc to run through, took so long that it was the first and last time I tried. (20 is unthinkable)0 -

There's an easier solution.
Pay for the mutt food using your credit card (and get cashback).
Then, when the card statement arrives, split the total in to thirty payments.
Downside: it's still time consuming, but you can do it in the comfort of your own home; some credit card providers don't accept debit card payments; other card providers restrict how many payments you can make a day.0
