Zanussi Gas hob Rapid Burner not working properly

We are wondering if some kind soul could give us some advise. We have a Zanussi Gas Hob Model ZGG62414 and the rapid Burner does not appear to be functioning properly If we are looking at purchasing a spare part, is it likely to be Burner Crown. Ignition Candle or the Thermocouple that is faulty.. It does work but not how it should so it is not worth the cost of calling out an engineer. The other 3 burners seem to be working OK. Thank you
