If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
This element of the prize consists of a black Chrysler Jeep Wrangler previously owned by Louis Walsh with Louis Walsh’s name in the logbook. The car will be obtained in January 2018 for the purposes of this Prize Draw and, for this reason, the current registered owner of the car at the time of winner selection will be an ITV company. The car also includes twelve (12) months road tax and approximately £30 worth of fuel.

The winner can decide whether to have the car delivered to either the winner’s home address or to a London location selected by the prize provider. Delivery to the winner’s home address or collection from the London location must take place within twenty-eight (28) days following confirmation that the car is ready for delivery/collection by the prize provider (time anddate of delivery or collection to be agreed with the prize provider). The prizeprovider will use reasonable best efforts to have the car ready for delivery orcollection during March 2018.

The winner will be responsible for providing all correct and valid documentation to the prize provider in order to take up this element of theprize. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car, current driver’s licence and/or current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport and proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

XFactor Live Tour 2018 Tickets
This element of the prize consists of four (4) tickets in total, for the winner and three (3) companions to attend The X Factor Live Tour 2018.

The winner has the discretion to choose from one of the following available dates, venues and times (and any other dates, venues and times which may be added to the X Factor Live Tour 2018), subject to availability and any other restrictions which may apply. The available dates are:
