Stud/partition wall.

The previous owners of our new home have previously opened up the doorway between the kitchen/diner and the livingroom to a 180cm wide x 205cm tall frames hole. In doing so they have blocked the old door way into kitchen. I find this a bit noisy and inconvenient when the washing machine or dishwasher is on.
We would like to re block off access to kitchen/diner from our livingroom and re open the access from hallway into kitchen.
Would this be a reasonably simple job? Do abyone have a ball park figure for costs within Scotland. We just need finished to plasterboard and taped as we will be replastering rooms and replacing kitchen through 2018.
