1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK,
Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland
aged 18 years or over, except employees of
Telegraph Media Group Limited and its group companies
(“Promoter”),
and New Balance Athletic Shoes (UK) Limited
(“New Balance”), their families, agents or anyone
else professionally associated with the draw.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as
final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
The decision of the judges is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.

3. Entries must be submitted via the web address
tgr.ph/newbalance and entry is restricted to one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.

4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or
entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries
and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.


5. All entries must be received by
midnight on Sunday, December 3, 2017.

6. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by
telephone or email within 14 days of the closing date
of the prize draw.
Should the Promoter be unable to
contact the winner or
should the winner be unable to accept the prize,
the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize
to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
Should any part of the prize become unavailable,
a substitute of equal value will be provided.

8. The winning entrant will win the following prize package:
One year’s supply of New Balance running trainers
(up to six pairs) of the winner’s choice
from the performance section ;
A New Balance running kit up to the value of £250;
A bespoke running training programme designed by
former Team GB athlete and NB Manchester coach, Steve Vernon;
and
One entry to the Virgin Money London Marathon 2018.

9. The prize must be taken as one package.
Participation in The Virgin Money London Marathon
is entirely
at the risk of the winning entrant.
Due to the nature of the prize, in order to claim it,
the winner declares that he/she is, to the best of his/her knowledge,
in good health and of a sufficient level
of physical fitness to participate in the race without
causing undue risk to himself/herself or others and must not
have been advised against participating in activities
of this kind by a medical doctor.

10. To participate in the Virgin Money London Marathon,
the winner must successfully complete their details
in the sponsor entry console before January 24, 2018.
Participation is subject to Virgin Money London Marathon General
Conditions,
which can be found at
virginmoneylondonmarathon.com/en-gb/general-conditions-entry.

11. Travel to the Virgin Money London Marathon,
accommodation and personal expenditure
are not included in the prize.

12. All elements of the prize are subject to availability,
non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

13. The winner may be required to participate
in reasonable publicity on behalf of New Balance and the Promoter.

14. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of
administration of this prize draw and in accordance
with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
