Advice: Lloyds refused Packaged A/C claim now offer to reconsider

we also asked Lloyds TSB to look at our charges 2 years ago and we were told we had no claim.
Just before Christmas we received the reconsider letter and sent it back. We have since been awarded part of our claim and intend to go to the Ombudsman with the other part. So it is definitely worth sending it back
