The fairtrade practice wrongly charging for

Hi All I am new to the ppi claim back and used this company that do take 30% if successful.
they found that I had ppi on a credit card with hsbc and was pushed back by hsbc regarding my loan claim. I have emails and proof in my online portal in the fairtrade website saying they would no longer be taking my claim forward on the loan unless I could provide proof and therefore claim was suspended.
since I received that update I contacted hsbc directlt regarding the ppi on the loan and used the resolver tool via this website and long and before hold I have now received £2090 in my hsbc account without any further correspondence. This was for ppi on my credit card and on my personal loan.
my gripe is now that obviously hsbc have informed the fairtrade practice of my payout and the fairtrade practice are trying reclaim there fee on £1300 that hsbc paid for ppi on my loan account even though they suspended that claim and didn't take it any further it was only down to me enquiring directly that has won the payout.
I am more than happy to pay out on the ppi claim on the credit card as I know they did all the leg work and was successful in getting the money I was owed but just dont think they are being right claiming for the loan when they didn't progress with it.
advice please, should I just inform them that I will only be paying 30% fee in relation to the credit card claim as they were not personally successful in reclaiming back the ppi on the loan. for which I have proof of and that in the last month they didn't reinform me that they were re starting the claim.
Kind regards
Chris

You'll now have to pay the Claim Company the percentage of the redress which you agreed. Fail to do so and you'll have debt collectors and ultimately a court case pending.
Sorry, the time to cancel the claims company was before you even agreed to them representing you.0
