Can I use an old router??

Options
I don't know if this is possible. I have Ultra fast Fibre BB from SSE and my router is sited at the first main telephone point near the front door. I also have a PC in my conservatory at the other end of the house. I still have a router from my old Supplier Plusnet. Is it possible to set this up in my conservatory and marry the two routers up or are they on different signals or wavelengths. Can anybody advise here, and if it is possible, what do I need to do. Thanks
