I know I haven't been on for a while but my original bookmark didn't work so had to come the long way round and re-save my bookmark.SPCNo.17 #20 (16 £678; 15 £1120.92; 14 £416.53; 13 £191.52; 12 £260.48; 11 £480.95; 10 £682.31; 9 £442.64)0 -
£5 in my pot tonight (but £2 back out in pound coins to pay my bin cleaners tomorrow) plus a few bits into the bottle.
Have decided that for Lent, as well as office snacks and nibbles, I'm giving up taking my big purse to work - just a small purse, loyalty cards, a bit of cash and basic cashcard for emergencies. February to March payday is only a short month, and I really need to stop battering my overdraft/savings to cover overdraft. Working in the city centre can be expensive - "a bit of fresh air" turns into a spree in Debenhams or M&S and I just want a month where I don't keep whipping out the contactless debit card in particular!!SPCNo.17 #20 (16 £678; 15 £1120.92; 14 £416.53; 13 £191.52; 12 £260.48; 11 £480.95; 10 £682.31; 9 £442.64)0 -

I have £2.95 pot pending. Toying with the idea of taking cash out each month and potting what i don't spend. But if I have cash, I tend to spend it even if I don't 'need' to**Debt Free as of 15:55 on Friday 23rd March 2012**And I am staying that way

Thanks for all the message and PM's I must say I have felt loved in a period when I felt nobody could..
Trying to keep busy, I have rejoined SW after 4 years away, I have resigned up to the pool and I will get into a routine after my operation next weekend.
Lets get myself moving again and maybe I will feel better for it.

I've had a crazy busy week at school and not had a chance to get online, now I finally got on and it seems like the threads have been merged or something? Whatever has happened I'm just glad I know where to find you all (and here's hoping it doesn't change again!).
So sorry to hear that some of us are down in the dumps, but so happy to hear that our little potty family are looking out for each other. Big hugs for those of you who aren't feeling yourselves.
It's finally payday and despite the many expenses I've had this month, I've managed to squirrel away £11.30 which can now go into the pot
I'm withdrawing my £100 tomorrow, and I can go back to my £20/week plan so back to potting every week which makes me happy!LBM: October 2016: £20,130 / Current: May 2019: £12,576 37.53%DFD: [STRIKE]February 2024[/STRIKE] April 2022?0 -
