Have you read the section under the 'Risk' heading (just to the right of 'Contact Us') on their website?

(I haven't invested anything with Blackmore)

Claims "income certainty". A play on words I suppose - "some" income is certain just not how much :D

Yes it is legitimate but it is not a cash savings account if that's what you thought it was. Read the Risks page as suggested by TheShape
Subscribers will not be able to claim under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme established by the Financial Conduct Authority in the event that the Company fails.

The fca and the Asa need to get a grip on this, these high risk investments are being advertised every week in the press to people who think they are bank accounts.

This is cropping up far too regularly to be an isolated or special case, and to be honest it would be something far more worthy of the holy martins time than several of his other hobby horses, certainly the waspi campaign and probably several others.

    Government backed Bond.

What it actually says is "government backed market".

Not the same thing. e.g. If the government backs wind farms by guaranteeing a price for the electricity generated that does not mean that it will underwrite any losses an investor makes in an unsuccessful wind farm project.
