Sounds like a plevin payout as its far too low to be a PPI refund.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.
  • In fairness it could be as that's what I sent the resolve form on and I would have only have had it for a few years at the end of the 90's.

Either way its a nice start to the run up to Christmas and will make it less stressful. Deffo worth the 10-15 mins it took to fill in.
  • Oh please, stop trying to fool people.
You're ppi complain is still rejected, you got a small Plevin payout.

BOOM to you too . . :rotfl:

Not trying to claim otherwise...or fool people.......

I dont care what it is, its still £200+ that I didnt have last week that I do have now be it PPI or plevin or whatever. Dont know, dont really care TBH.

What Im trying to get over is its worth putting a claim in and there are certain users on here who think they know everything and they dont. If I followed their advice I wouldnt have bothered. Martins advice taken.

Still £200 pound better off today

On this and other threads you wanted to know about re-submitting your original complaint from 2012.

Just as you were advised, your complaint is still rejected and the PPI you paid was not refunded. However, the Bank paid out a tiny Plevin award.

If you had asked about submitting a Plevin complaint, on the other hand, your answers would have been different.
