hi, I am full time carer to my spouse, when applying for credit etc, would I be able to put that I am employed? doesn't seem right to say unemployed,

I usually put homemaker or housewife. It tends to avoid you being downgraded as you are when you tick unemployed.0

There's usually an 'other' category0

When I fill in insurance forms I usually put houseperson. I think that covers a multitude of situations when you don't do a paid job.
It is particularly important to represent yourself accurately when applying for things like credit and you should not say that you are employed when you are not.0 -
OP they will be more interested in 1) your income 2) your ability to repay 3) your credit history (not credit score that means nothing)0
