This is a very busy self help forum. People give up their time and knowledge for free. We don't have time to spoon feed every poster that comes here which is why hundreds of hours were put in to create the NEWBIES thread just for people like you.
You have been given the help you need to get you started, so now you need to spend some time now reading and understanding what to do in order to beat this scam.

You are welcome to go elsewhere, but I doubt you will get better help anywhere, and certainly not for the price.

Danny, if you think you paid then get a copy of the bank statement from the bank. I understand you've changed banks so cannot access old statements online, but you CAN get one from the bank. They will however charge you £10. But it's worth the tenner to get the evidence isn't it (if they end up suing you, this is a recoverable cost - if they cave in before proceedings then you would have to swallow the £10)??? I've come here to get advice. I'm not experienced at forums and can't find the Newbies thread.
Appreciate a little direction please.
I received a PCN today for parking for 32 minutes on a private car park for a Binngo Hall. The alleged infringement took place three months ago. Is there a time limit to notify the owner of a vehicle?
