Overdraft cancelled - Help!

Hi everyone,
I had an overdraft with the Bank of Scotland for £1900 but today that overdraft has been removed from my account and my balance currently stands at -£1700!! I was warned that the overdraft was being reviewed, but reassured by a member of staff that as long as my pay was still going in each month there should be no problem. Clearly this was not the case.
I have asked a few friends at work what I should do and one advised me to move banks. The only thing is that I am 20 years old and the banks with a bank account that could help me by taking on my debt, like Alliance & Leicester, require you to be 21 to have the account.
I currently earn £16,500 a year. Does anyone know of a bank account that could offer me a better deal, or failing that, how to approach BoS to get my overdraft back.
Thanks,
James
