The car park was under a Parking Eye.
No it wasn't, that's the name of a completely different parking firm! Yours is CEL, using ANPR.
I have read the newbies thread and the Court Procedures steps however I would just like clarification that I enter my defence but leave the letter from the company stating I had permission to park until I submit the witness statements.
Yes, at WS stage you file the evidence you rely upon, such as:
your cases (from the Parking Prankster's case law pages online, such as Excel v Lamoureux and VCS v Quayle, for example). And your photos of signs if you have them, a copy of Schedule 4 of the POFA, your copy of Henry Greenslade's words in the POPLA Annual Report 2015 about 'keeper liability' and your permission to park - NOT SAYING ''I'' HAD PERMISSION TO PARK!!*.
*unless you already blew that perfect defence point, by blabbing all about who parked in a weak appeal...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
