Appeal clarification

Hi,
I've read the Newbies post and I've also read the recommendation from the main MSE site and the suggestions seem to differ a little. For the first stage appeal do you recommend only sending the blue text from the Newbies post? Should I include anything on why I deem the charge unfair as the MSE site suggests, or just leave it at the blue text?
Thanks.

You use it exactly as is. No matter what you add, it will make no difference whatsoever to its outcome. It will be rejected. Adding to it risks blowing off some of your toes. It has been written by highly knowledgeable experts to avoid any mishap for you.
Do not even think about the generic MSE template appeal, that basically serves up the head of the driver on a silver platter. It’s simply awful.
The blue text template is for BPA AOS operators. Is ‘your’ PPC one of those? Tell us which one please, so we can confirm that the blue text appeal is the appropriate one. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks. The ticket was from UK Parking Control Ltd (UKPC) and it looks like they are a BPA Operator.0
