Just wondered if anyone has any experience of what they are like.
Have just got a very competitive quote through confused.com for their Platinum house insurance policy and they are even including Home Emergency at no extra cost.
However, I don't know anything about them as a company and always like to have a personal recommendation.

From recollection, their policy terms are 99% the same as Direct Line and Churchill as they're all underwritten by UKI.
Their claims' team / customer service has always been reasonable when I've had dealings with them.0
