no one can access without your permission however i suppose someone could pretend to be you - maybe it won't be that easy though if they need for example your banking credentials...

However I do predict this is going to be another disaster with people being conned etc by fraudsters

How do you propose to vote out the House of Lords when you don't like legislation passed by them, as required under centuries-old UK parliamentary procedures?

Rhetorical question obviously but I'm not convinced there's much mileage in taking things off-topic with yet another "it's that big bad nasty EU's fault" tirade when discussing this subject....
