Old Net Curtains as winter Plant Protection

We have several old net curtains which I am considering placing over vulnerable plants in the garden ( instead of fleece) I was just wondering how effective other people thought this would be.

Thanks

Sorry, but in my honest opinion it would not be as effective as fleece and if stays wet or frizen would make things worse. This being a money saving site, you will save mone in the cost of plants by buying fleece.
  • Thanks I think I will stick to Fleece
