1.1 The prize is a two night stay in Dublin with flights to/from Inverness included

1.5 Accommodation arrangement for two adults - one classic class en-suite room, double or twin beds
1.6 Air travel will be provided courtesy Loganair Ltd, subject to availability of seats on a chosen flight.
1.7 Accommodation service charges, VAT and local taxes are included in the prize
1.8 Flight schedules from Inverness to Dublin are not daily therefore flexibility is required when choosing days of travel.
1.9 A Dublin Tourist Information pack will be provided
1.10 Insurance is not provided and it is strongly recommended that prize winners take out suitable and comprehensive cover. Tourism Ireland, On-course travel or Loganair ltd cannot advise on suitability of cover.
1.11 The prize is based on two adults travelling together, two single trips are not permitted. Prize is as described and arranged as one package – elements of the arrangement cannot be used separately or individually (e.g. using flights for one date and accommodation for another).
1.12 The prize is subject to availability and is not available during high demand event periods such as Bank Holidays – please find Excluded Dates below.
1.13 The prize is not redeemable for cash
1.14 Once confirmed, name changes are not permitted - unless there is evidence of exceptional circumstances; defined as an unexpected illness to the extent a doctor has advised against travel of a prize winner.

1.16 Tickets/accommodation vouchers will be sent to prize winners 2 weeks prior to travel
1.17 On Course travel will act as the travel agent on behalf of Tourism Ireland and Loganair Ltd, Tourism Ireland will introduce the winner to On Course Travel via email and dates by which travel must be booked and completed will be confirmed on the Prize Confirmation Letter. Two date options must be provided. Prize winner must secure accommodation prior to requesting flights. On Course Travel is not responsible for costs resulting from cancellation or delays to transportation services.
1.18 Spending money is not provided
1.19 Transfers to/from the hotel are not provided
1.20 EU261 compensation is not claimable on delayed, cancelled or flights subjected to short-notice schedule changes as air fares are not publicly available and are specially negotiated for the purposes of the prize.
1.21 Prize winners cannot elect travel to/from any other airport than Inverness and Dublin, and may only use Loganair flights.
1.22 Level of product provided on Loganair ltd flights is equivalent to their “Fly” fare – including 20kg luggage and in-flight service.
1.23 It is a condition of travel that prize winners are accepting of the usual terms and conditions of carriage with Loganair Ltd
1.24 The prize is not covered under the ATOL scheme.
1.25 The prize is non-transferable
1.26 The right is reserved to change the prize or any part of it at any time

Validity
2.1 The prize is valid between 17th Nov 2017-30 June 2018, this cannot be extended.
The following dates are excluded due to accommodation availability:
2017/2018 Christmas/New Year period excluded – Friday, 15 December 2017-Wednesday, 03 January 2018 inclusive.
