Barclaycard not mentioning offers

Phoned Barclaycard yesterday to ask about doing a balance transfer and was surprised to hear that they had already approved three offers.

Nothing great but only transferring small amount so still a saving.

Question is do they normally email/message you when new offers come about or simply sit on them until you contact them.

If it makes a difference been with them less than a year and have hit all the Bank switching incentives,so credit file is looking less than great.

I get postal and e-mail notificatioms of any offers - maybe you should check your profile and see what marketing preferences you have set.

Ahh thats probably what the issue is then..did wonder due to being fairly new customer if that might be the issue or even the multiple accounts opening and closing in short period of time.

Will log in and check online..99% of the time use the app,which is good but basic.

If you are using the app you can see available offers via 'make a transfer'

I receive a mailing from them almost weekly.

They overload me with stoozing options every fortnight.

Barclays are pretty aggressive with them spamming offers, even tho I unticked the postal option in my settings I still keep getting the offers via letter (as well as email).
